Desirables:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on hydropower or similar infrastructure projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, with specialization in Hydropower or Water Resources Engineering preferred.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
  • Strong understanding of hydrology, fluid mechanics, and structural analysis.
  • Experience with dam design, hydraulic structures, and water management systems.
  • Ability to perform site assessments, prepare design reports, and manage project timelines.
  • Familiarity with national and international standards for hydropower projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Certifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.

Other:

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including geologists, mechanical engineers, and environmental scientists.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in remote locations as needed.
